... is a Los Angeles-based producer for NBC News who has covered stories around the world.  Previously, he worked for the Al Jazeera Media Network and as a local television reporter in Wisconsin and Virginia.

Above all else, he believes news is made through reporting that uncovers what the powerful would rather keep shrouded in darkness. Stories that make people smile are a noble mission as well.

He is a graduate of Elon University.
